The Piaggio Racing Pipe is a proven force to be reckoned with. It’s taken first place at SMBRA (SoCal Motorized Bicycle Association) races and is the preferred choice by many for the 70+ cc Piaggio engine. Power starts earlier in the rpm range and finishes later than most other pipes. The Piaggio racing pipe is made from 19 gauge steel (same thickness as mx pipes) with chrome finish. It comes complete with silencer, slip-fit header, laser cut steel rear mount and other necessary mounting hardware.
These pipes will fit gas frames and “Felt Faker” -style frames. Be sure to use a chainring between 32t and 36t and bottom bracket of at least 118mm wide.
